If you are a cooperating teacher and have setup your Tk20 secret question (which is done during your first login), you can reset your password online. If you have not setup your secret question please email email@example.com and our staff will reset your password for you. Do not use special characters in your password, doing so will prevent you from logging in.
If you are a student, supervisor, staff, or faculty member your login is your JMU eID and password. To reset your password, go to the MyMadison Password Reset page. For assistance with password resets please call the JMU Computing Helpdesk at (540) 568-3555 and ask for help resetting your JMU eID password.
